1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of signalgridbase.click and any mentoring, workshop, or library access provided by Signal Grid Base Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its office at 264 Lyttleton Avenue, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 3LD. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide educational mentoring, workshops, and written materials related to Solana developer onboarding and RPC fundamentals. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation.

3. Bookings and payment

Service fees are quoted in writing before confirmation. Deposits and payment schedules are stated on invoices. We do not process payments through this website. Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in cancellation of sessions.

4. Intellectual property

Library materials, session recordings where provided, slide decks, and website content remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use materials for internal team education during and after your booked programme as stated on your invoice. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or publish our materials without written consent.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for safeguarding private keys and sensitive credentials during sessions. Do not share mainnet keys on screen unless you accept the risk of exposure. You must comply with applicable laws when building on Solana networks.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, failed mainnet launches, or damages arising from RPC provider outages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site in a manner that impairs performance, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that harms other users or our operations.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting active bookings will be communicated by email where practicable.
